LAND INFORMATION AUTHORITY ACT 2006 - SECT 18

18 .         Use of names for Authority and its operations

                The Authority may use and operate under one or more trading names allowed by the Minister, being —

            (a)         an abbreviation or adaptation of the name given by section 5(1); or

            (b)         any other name.
