15 .         Meaning of “transaction” in sections 13 and 14

                In sections 13 and 14 —

        transaction  —

            (a)         includes a contract or other arrangement or any exercise of the power conferred by section 12(2)(d); and

            (b)         does not include any transaction under section 73, 74, or 75.
