having the care, control, and management, of the pound shall cause to be
erected and maintained in proper repair, in a conspicuous part of the pound, a
board having painted on it, in legible black characters on a white ground, a
table of the fees and charges authorised by this Act to be charged, and a
table of the rates at which damages may be claimed under this Act for trespass
of cattle, and the holding capacity of the pound.
