Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The local government
having the care, control, and management, of a public pound shall —
(a)
cause adequate shelter for cattle impounded in it to be provided and
maintained;
(b)
cause a constant supply of wholesome water to be provided and maintained in
the pound by means of troughs or by other means so as to afford cattle while
impounded in it free and constant access to the water.
