Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A local law may be
made under this Division so as to impose for a breach of the local laws so
made —
(a) a
maximum penalty of $5 000; with or without provision for
(b) a
maximum daily penalty of $100 for each day during which the offence continues.
