Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Regulations made under
section 433A may provide for the classification of the State into zones
to be known as seismic zones and for the application of provisions,
restrictions or prohibitions prescribed pursuant to section 433(25a) to
vary according to the seismic zone within which a building or structure is
situated.
