Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister or
the building surveyor of the local government or a person authorised in
writing by either of them, may at reasonable times enter and inspect
buildings, (whether completed or not) and land mentioned in this Part, and as
to which a duty is imposed by this Act upon them or either of them.
(2) A person, other
than the Minister, entering a building or land under the provisions of this
section, shall on demand by the builder, owner or person apparently in charge
thereof, produce his authority to so enter to the person demanding it.
