Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Where by this Act the
surplus of the proceeds of the sale of buildings or materials is made payable
to the owner and no demand is made by a person entitled to the payment within
one year after the receipt of the proceeds by the local government, the local
government shall pay the amount of the proceeds into the Supreme Court, and
the amount of the proceeds shall then be subject to the control of the Supreme
Court, and may be paid out to the person who proves he is entitled to them.
