Western Australian Consolidated Acts Where between a
building owner and an adjoining owner a difference arises in relation to a
work in respect of which notice has been given under this Division, either
owner may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a determination in
relation to that difference and the State Administrative Tribunal, in making
the determination, may determine the right to execute, and the time and manner
of executing the work, and generally to determine such other matters as arise
out of, or are incidental to the difference; but the State Administrative
Tribunal shall not, unless the parties agree otherwise, appoint for the
commencement of the work, a time before the expiration of the period which by
this Division is prescribed for the notice in the particular case.
