LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 7.5
7.5 . Approval of auditors
The Minister may
approve a person who, immediately before the commencement of this Act —
(a) was
a registered local government auditor within the meaning of that term in Part
XXVII of the Local Government Act 1960 4 as in force before that commencement;
and
(b) was
the auditor of a local government,
as an approved auditor
for the purposes of this Act.
