6.5 . Accounts and records
The CEO has a duty
—
(a) to
ensure that there are kept, in accordance with regulations, proper accounts
and records of the transactions and affairs of the local government; and
(b) to
keep the accounts and records up to date and ready for inspection at any time
by persons authorised to do so under this Act or another written law.
