6.3 . Budget for other circumstances
A local government is
required to prepare and adopt* a budget in a form and manner similar to the
annual budget with such modifications as are necessary to meet the case
—
(a)
where required to do so in consequence of the quashing of —
(i)
a general valuation; or
(ii)
a rate or service charge,
by a court or by the
State Administrative Tribunal; or
(b) if,
at any time after the imposition of rates in a financial year it intends to
impose a supplementary general rate or specified area rate for the unexpired
portion of the financial year.
