LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 5.125

5.125 .         Review of certain decisions

        (1)         A party may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of a decision of a standards panel.

        (2)         In subsection (1) —

        decision means a decision to make an order under section 5.110(6).
