LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 5.120

5.120 .         Complaints officer

        (1)         The CEO may designate an employee of the local government to be its complaints officer.

        (2)         If an employee is not designated under subsection (1), the CEO is the local government’s complaints officer.
