LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 2.44

2.44 .         Establishment of Advisory Board

        (1)         There is established a body to be known as the Local Government Advisory Board.

        (2)         Schedule 2.5 (which contains provisions about the Local Government Advisory Board) has effect.
