LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 2.21

2.21 .         Disqualification because of insolvency

                A person is disqualified for membership of a council if the person is an insolvent under administration within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth.
