LAND DRAINAGE ACT 1925 - SECT 73

73 .         Basis of assessment

                Rates imposed under this Act shall be assessed either on — 

            (a)         the unimproved value; or

            (b)         the area,

                of all rateable land within the district, according to the resolution of the Corporation approved by the Minister pursuant to section 88(4)  ⁷ .
