Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Any act or thing
which, if this Act were not in force, might be done in the exercise of any
right reserved to the King or any person representing him and relating to or
affecting land alienated from the Crown, may still be done in the exercise of
such right, notwithstanding that authority to do the same is given by this Act
to any person whomsoever.
