Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Every person guilty of
an offence against this Act, or of any by-law or regulation made for the
purposes of this Act, shall, for every such offence, if no other penalty is
imposed, be liable to a penalty not exceeding $2 000.
