Western Australian Consolidated Acts Any person who shall
deface, damage, or injure in any way, or without lawful authority use or
occupy any land, work, or property whatsoever owned by, vested in, or under
the care, control, or management of the Corporation shall be liable to a
penalty not exceeding $500, and may be ordered by the convicting court to pay
to the Corporation in addition to such penalty, the cost and expense of making
good any damage or replacing any property destroyed: Provided that this
section shall not protect or exempt any such person from the provisions of any
law relating to injuries to property.
