LAND DRAINAGE ACT 1925 - SECT 14

14 .         Dissolution of drainage boards

                The Governor may, by Order in Council, dissolve any drainage board heretofore constituted under section 15 of this Act as in force prior to the coming into operation of section 226 of the Acts Amendment and Repeal (Water Authorities) Act 1985 1 .
