LAND DRAINAGE ACT 1925 - SECT 11

11 .         Constitution and abolition of drainage districts

                The Governor may, by Order in Council — 

            (a)         constitute any defined portion of the State a drainage district for the purposes of this Act;

            (b)         specify the boundaries of such district;

            (c)         assign a name to such district;

            (d)         abolish any district.
