Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts If a mortgagee of
rateable land pays any rates accrued thereon under this Act or any Act
heretofore in force including any incidental costs, charges, and expenses
charged on such land, the amount so paid by the mortgagee shall be deemed to
be part of, or added to the principal moneys advanced by him under the
mortgage, and shall be recoverable as such, with interest accordingly.
