Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Where any rates
imposed by the Corporation under this Act have remained unpaid for the period
prescribed by the by-laws in relation thereto after they became due and
payable the amount then unpaid shall thereafter bear interest at the rate and
in the manner prescribed in the by-laws and such interest may be recovered in
the same manner as rates are recoverable.
