Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Commission
shall consist of 6 members appointed by the Minister.
(2) The Minister shall
appoint one of the members as chairperson of the Commission.
(3) The Minister shall
endeavour to ensure that the Commission has available to it from its own
membership expertise relevant to the operations of the Commission, including
expertise in the areas of management, finance, computer operations, marketing,
health and community services.
(4) Schedule 1
has effect with respect to the members and the procedure of the Commission.
