LOTTERIES COMMISSION ACT 1990 - SECT 34

34 .         Validation

                The conduct of soccer football pools by the Commission before the coming into operation of this Act is hereby validated and declared to have been lawful to the extent that that conduct complied with the Gaming Commission Act 1987   4 .
