Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Moneys standing to the
credit of the Account referred to in section 20(3) may, until required by
the Commission for the purposes of this Act, be temporarily invested by the
Commission as trust funds may be invested under Part III of the
Trustees Act 1962 or in an investment, or class or kind of investment,
approved by the Treasurer.
