LOTTERIES COMMISSION ACT 1990 - SECT 18

18 .         Participants to be 16 years or older

                A person shall not knowingly —

            (a)         sell a ticket in a lottery; or

            (b)         cause or permit a ticket in a lottery to be sold,

                to a child under 16 years of age.

        Penalty: $200.
