Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Commission
shall, in any lottery conducted by it, specify the value and form, whether of
money or things of value, of the prizes offered by it in that lottery.
(2) The Commission
shall not in any lottery conducted by it distribute prizes otherwise than in
the value and form specified by the Commission in relation to that lottery.
