Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A decision of the
Commission is to be given in writing and authenticated in accordance with
rules of the Commission.
(2) The Commission is
to give a copy of a decision to each party to the proceedings.
(3) A failure of the
Commission to comply with subsection (1) or (2) does not affect the
validity of a decision.
