Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The remuneration
and allowances and other conditions of office of a member are to be determined
by the Minister after consultation with the Minister for Public Sector
Management.
(2)
Subsection (1) has effect subject to the Salaries and
Allowances Act 1975 if that Act applies to the member.
(3) The remuneration
and allowances and conditions of office of a member are not to be varied while
the member is in office so as to become less favourable to the member.
