Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A member is to be
appointed to hold office on a full-time basis, part-time basis or sessional
basis.
(2) The term for which
a person is appointed as a member is to be fixed in the instrument of
appointment and is to be not longer than 5 years.
(3) A person’s
eligibility for reappointment or the term for which a person may be
reappointed is not affected by an earlier appointment.
