Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Commission has
the jurisdiction conferred on it by this Act and any other written law.
(2) The Commission
constituted in accordance with this Act may sit and exercise the jurisdiction
of the Commission even though the Commission differently constituted in
accordance with this Act is at the same time sitting and exercising the
jurisdiction of the Commission.
