Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Subject to this
Act, during permitted hours the licensee of a liquor store licence is
authorised to keep open the licensed premises and to sell packaged liquor on
and from the premises to any person.
(2) The licensee of a
liquor store licence is authorised to supply liquor, by way of free
sample —
(a) for
consumption on a part of the licensed premises approved for the purpose by the
Director; or
(b) for
consumption off the premises.
