LIQUOR CONTROL ACT 1988 - SECT 43
43 . Nightclub licence, pre-requisites for grant of
An applicant for the
grant of a nightclub licence must satisfy the licensing authority that the
premises in respect of which the licence is sought —
(a) are
so constructed as to enable entertainment of a kind referred to in section 42
to be provided there; and
(b) are
suitable, having regard to any condition imposed as to the nature or extent of
the entertainment required to be provided.
