LIQUOR CONTROL ACT 1988 - SECT 27

27 .         Case stated on question of law

        (1)         The Commission may state a case on a question of law to the Supreme Court.

        (2)         A question of law arising on a case stated under this section shall be determined by a single judge of the Supreme Court.
