LIQUOR CONTROL ACT 1988 - SECT 26
26 . Some Director’s decisions have effect despite application to review
Where —
(a) the
holder of a licence applies to the Commission for a review of a decision made
by the Director in respect of that licence; or
(b) the
person subject to a prohibition order under Part 5A, an extended exclusion
order under Part 5AA or a banned drinker order under Part 5C applies to the
Commission for a review of a decision made by the Director in respect of that
order,
effect is to be given
to the decision made by the Director unless the Commission, by way of interim
order, otherwise directs.
