Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Rules of the
Commission may be made, by the Commission, under this Act —
(a)
regulating the practice and procedure of the Commission and matters that are
related; and
(b)
subject to the regulations, as to the costs and charges payable in relation to
proceedings under this Act.
