LIQUOR CONTROL ACT 1988 - SECT 18A
18A . Enforcing decisions
(1) Subject to
sections 19 and 143, a decision of the licensing authority, however
constituted, may be enforced under this section.
(2) A person seeking
to enforce a decision under this section may file in the Supreme Court —
(a) a
copy of the decision that the licensing authority has certified to be a true
copy; and
(b) the
person’s affidavit stating to what extent the decision has not been
complied with; and
(c) a
certificate from the licensing authority stating that the decision is
appropriate for filing in the Supreme Court.
(3) No charge is to be
made for filing a copy of a decision, an affidavit or a certificate under this
section.
(4) On filing, the
decision is to be taken to be a decision of the Supreme Court and may be
enforced accordingly.
