LIQUOR CONTROL ACT 1988 - SECT 152T
152T . Duration of liquor restriction declarations
(1) A liquor
restriction declaration comes into force when it is made or at any later time
specified in the declaration.
(2) A liquor
restriction declaration ceases to be in force when the first of the following
occurs —
(a) if
the declaration was granted for a specified period — that period
expires;
(b) the
Director revokes the declaration;
(c) the
applicant ceases to be a person who could apply for the declaration.
(3) The applicant for
a declaration must give written notice to the Director if the person ceases to
be a person who could apply for the declaration, unless the declaration has
already ceased to be in force under subsection (2)(a) or (b).
Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
