LIQUOR CONTROL ACT 1988 - SECT 152B
152B . Commissioner of Police may apply for prohibition orders
(1) The Commissioner
of Police may apply in writing to the Director in a form approved by the
Director for an order to be made in respect of a person that —
(a)
prohibits the relevant person from being employed by a licensee at specified
licensed premises, licensed premises of a specified class or any licensed
premises; or
(b)
prohibits the relevant person from entering specified licensed premises,
licensed premises of a specified class or any licensed premises.
(2) The Commissioner
of Police must serve a copy of the application on the relevant person.
(3) Nothing in
subsection (2) requires or authorises the Commissioner of Police to disclose
confidential police information.
