LIQUOR CONTROL ACT 1988 - SECT 131
131 . Application for subsidy
(1) Application for a
subsidy is to be made in accordance with the regulations.
(2) If the Director is
not satisfied with information provided in an application the Director may,
whether before or after paying a subsidy in respect of the application,
request the applicant to provide further information in relation to the
application.
(3) If the applicant
does not provide the further information requested by the Director or the
Director is not satisfied with the information provided, the Director may
—
(a)
refuse to pay the subsidy; or
(b) if
the subsidy is already paid, treat the subsidy as having been paid under an
incorrect subsidy application and section 135 applies accordingly.
