3 Repealed by the Planning and Development (Consequential and
Transitional Provisions) Act 2005 s. 4. The part of the
State that was, as at 1 June 1988, described in the Third Schedule to
the Metropolitan Region Town Planning Scheme Act 1959 is also
described in the Planning and Development Act 2005 Sch. 3 as it
was enacted on 12 December 2005.
4 Repealed by the Public Sector Management
Act 1994.
5 The Liquor Licensing (Moratorium) Act 1983 expired
on 30 June 1988 (see Liquor Licensing (Moratorium) Order 1987
in Gazette 24 Dec 1987 p. 4533).

Act 2008 s. 32 had not come into operation. It reads as
follows:
32. Liquor Control
Act 1988 amended
(1) The amendment in this section is to the Liquor Control
Act 1988.
(2) After section 37(6) the following subsection is
inserted —
(7) An application shall not be granted where the licensing authority is
satisfied that the premises to which the application relates are premises at or
from which a sexual service business within the meaning of the Sexual
Services Act 2000 section 3 operates.
