LIBRARY BOARD OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA ACT 1951 - SECT 9

9 .         Protection of members of Board, officers, etc.

                No matter or thing done by any member of the Board or by any officer or other person appointed or employed under the provisions of this Act, if done bona fide in the exercise of his powers or in the performance of his duties under this or any other Act, shall subject him to any personal liability in respect thereof.
