LIBRARY BOARD OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA ACT 1951 - SECT 12

12 .         Power of officer to represent Board

                In all proceedings before a court of summary jurisdiction, any officer of the Board appointed by the Chairman in writing under his hand for that purpose may represent the Board in all respects as though such officer was the party concerned.
