Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Where, before the
appointed day 2 , the Australian Legal Aid Office is, through its staff
in this State, performing services on behalf of a person by way of legal aid,
then, as from the appointed day 2 , those services shall, so far as is
necessary, be performed on behalf of that person by the Commission through its
staff.
(2) Notwithstanding
any rule of court, it shall not be necessary for any notice of change of
solicitor to be filed in consequence of subsection (1).
