Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The provisions of
the Financial Management Act 2006 and the Auditor General Act 2006
regulating the financial administration, audit and reporting of statutory
authorities apply to and in respect of the Commission and its operations.
(2) A copy of the
annual report of the Commission and the opinion of the Auditor General in
relation to the financial statements of the Commission shall be furnished
to —
(a) the
Attorney General;
(b) the
Attorney General of the Commonwealth;
(c) the
Commonwealth Council;
(d) the
Law Society;
(e) the
Legal Contribution Trust established by section 391 of the
Legal Profession Act 2008 ; and
(f) the
Legal Practice Board,
at the same time as
they are submitted to the Minister.
