Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Subject to the
Commission a legal aid committee shall perform and exercise such functions and
powers in relation to applications for legal aid, and in relation to the
provision of legal aid, as are committed to or conferred on a legal aid
committee under this Act.
(2) A committee may do
all things that are necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection
with the performance and exercise of its functions and powers.
