Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) For the purposes
of the Superannuation and Family Benefits Act 1938 7 , and for
those purposes only, the Commission is hereby declared to be a
“department” within the meaning of that Act.
(2) As soon as
practicable after it is established the Commission shall —
(a)
enter into a proper written agreement with the Treasurer; and
(b) make
arrangements satisfactory to the Treasurer,
for the purposes, and
in relation to the matters, referred to in paragraph (i) of the proviso
to the interpretation department in section 6 of the Superannuation and
Family Benefits Act 1938 7 .
