Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Subject to any
relevant award under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 6 , and
subject to sections 76, 77 and 78 the terms and conditions of members of
the staff, including the salary or wages payable, are such terms and
conditions as the Commission, after consultation with the Minister for Public
Sector Management 5 , determines.
(2) Part 3 of the
Public Sector Management Act 1994 does not apply to or in relation to
members of the staff.
